Owen Perry, a founding Partner in The Villa Group, is a hotelier and developer. With 28 years of development experience in Mexico, The Villa Group’s impressive portfolio includes 12 resort properties including hotels, residential full ownership residences, and mixed use properties. Known for its quality design and construction along with the sales and management of Five Star resorts, spas, and restaurants, the company was also a founder of Resort Communications (now ResortCom International, LLC), based in Las Vegas, since 1985.

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Jackie has lived and worked in Los Cabos for over 10 years, two of which she spent working with the REmexico Real Estate team. Ardelle spent most of the early part of her life in South East Asia, but by the time she was in High School she had relocated to Lincoln, Nebraska. She moved again to attend college in New York, and eventually across the country to the Bay Area where she spent the majority of her career in the corporate world as a Human Resources Director.

After years of vacationing with her husband to Los Cabos, the world travelers took the leap and moved to Los Cabos, Mexico full-time in January of 2003.

Ardelle spent 11 years working in sales in Cabo before transitioning to real estate. Her fresh perspective and magnetic enthusiasm make Ardelle a perfect addition to the REmexico Real Estate Team.

Born and raised on St. Simons Island, Georgia, Billy grew up around the real estate and development industry. He is the son of Paul Cowley, a golf course architect and resort land-planner. Paul is a senior design associate with Love Golf Design and was the lead architect on the local Dunes Course at Diamante. Some of Billy’s earliest memories are watching his father at his drafting board, trips to his father’s project sites, and sitting on his father’s knee while he moved dirt and operated various construction equipment.

While in college, Billy made several trips to the area and fell in love with everything the Baja has to offer. After the completion of his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Creative Writing from the College of Charleston, Billy moved to Cabo San Lucas in 2012 and began establishing himself in the community while he focused on luxury fractional sales. Transitioning to real estate sales in 2017, he quickly established himself as one of the up-and-coming agents who prides himself on his knowledge of the market, his ability to spot trends, and his relentless pursuit to find the right property for his clients while protecting their money in the process. In 2021, Billy was able to combine his passion for real estate and his love for the game of golf when he took over the position of Sales Lead with the newly established 'Signature Golf Properties' division of REmexico.

My introduction to Mexico started over 30 years ago when running the US office for Samsung Electronics in Tijuana. I’m a current certified transpersonal therapist and reikist; I’m always working to expand my consciousness. I take pleasure in doing yoga, walking my dogs along the ocean shore and meditating as closure to my day. Perhaps, my greatest discovery over thirty-eight years is that when you take better care of your “inner-self” you can attend to others' needs from another perspective, one more humble, inclusive and professional.

Originally from the windy city of Chicago, Anthony practiced as a real estate attorney before making the move to San Diego to pursue a career in enterprise technology sales. With his legal background and attention to detail he quickly became an accomplished sales consultant.

To escape the daily grind Anthony spent any free time he had traveling the world experiencing new cultures and breathtaking views. For quick getaways he’d vacation in beautiful Los Cabos where he fell in love with the laid back lifestyle and natural beauty. After several years it was time to turn that favorite vacation spot into a permanent residence in San Jose del Cabo.

Anthony looks forward to helping locate property for clients in order to turn their dreams into reality just as he did. Susu is a fifth-generation Hawaiian...growing up in the Islands left an indelible mark. In 2018 she visited Cabo for the first time, and fell in love with the warm culture, the kindness and generosity of the people, and the perfect climate. Being back on the ocean after years of life in Colorado and Arizona, was the cincher! She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Oregon State University, and went into the restaurant business for 20 years. Later, she earned her Arizona Real Estate License while living in Scottsdale. A long time real estate investor, and stager, with a passion for beautiful spaces. She enjoys making people's real estate dreams come true with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

David is originally from the Boston, MA area and moved to San Diego, CA in late 2004 to get out of the snow and cold of the Northeast. He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a criminal justice and political science degree. He met his wife, Christi, in sunny San Diego from a mutual friend. They shared a mutual love of Mexico and got married in Playa Del Carmen in 2020. He was in finance and insurance for about 15 years until he moved to Cabo San Lucas. Real estate is something he has always had a passion for and he loves working with people that want to share his dream of living in Mexico. He really enjoys the feeling of helping people achieve this dream whether it be full time, vacation home or a rental property. His other real passion outside of work is traveling. He and his wife both love to travel the world and experience new places and cultures. They hope to do all 7 continents at some point in the near future and have done 4 so far. David spent almost 3 months in India and the Maldives on sabbatical a few years back. He volunteered at a sea turtle rescue center in the Maldives for 6 weeks.

All the way from the low country of Charleston SC, Finn is no stranger to Cabo San Lucas. Originally arriving here under sail 10 years ago, his heart became connected with the vibrant waters of the Baja. Graduating with a marine biology from the College of Charleston, he then pursued his Real Estate License in South Carolina.

A true waterman ,Finn enjoys his time fishing and surfing the numerous breaks around los cabos. When on land, Finn enjoys the desert golf scape a complete juxtaposition to his hometown. Finns energy and passion for the Baja is absolutely contagious. Take an adventure with Finn, swing a club, paddle out, cast a lure, and you will see just ecstatic he is to share the wonders of the Southern Baja.

Originally from Canada, Ariel has claimed Los Cabos as a second home since 2005. Upon completion of her Honors Degree from the University of Calgary, and finishing her contract as a Research Technician she had begun her real estate career in Canada. Since then, She made the transition and became a full-time permanent resident of Mexico.

Ariel holds her real estate license internationally and locally here in Los Cabos. With many years of knowledge and experience in various Real Estate markets, she truly understands the importance of providing her clients with the utmost care and attention to detail when it comes to their investment. Ariel specializes in the luxury residential market, as well as finding buyers the perfect rental property that suits their needs.
